Delivery & Collection Information

At Aluminium Rainwater Systems (ARS), we manufacture and supply aluminium rainwater products for residential, commercial and trade customers throughout the UK.

Many of our products are manufactured to order. Please review the following information before placing an order.

Order processing and lead times

Our current estimated order processing and delivery lead time is approximately 15 working days, starting from the working day after your order is placed.

This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Lead times may vary depending on the products ordered, manufacturing requirements, order volumes and delivery arrangements.

If your order requires a different lead time, our team will advise you where possible.

We recommend waiting until your products have been received and checked before arranging installation work or booking contractors.

Delivery charges

Available delivery options and charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Some orders, including oversized items, long lengths, large quantities or palletised goods, may require specialist transport. Where a standard delivery service is unsuitable, we will contact you to discuss the available arrangements and any additional charges before proceeding.

Delivery arrangements

Orders may be dispatched in separate consignments where necessary.

Once your order is ready for dispatch, we will provide available delivery information and tracking details where supported by the carrier.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order.

Checking your delivery

We recommend inspecting your delivery and its packaging as soon as it arrives.

If you notice visible damage, please record this with the delivery driver where possible and take photographs of the packaging and affected products.

If damage is discovered after opening your delivery, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at sales@aluminiumrainwatersystems.co.uk, providing your order number, photographs and a description of the issue.

We ask customers to report delivery damage within three days where possible to help us investigate with the carrier. This is a reporting request, not a restriction on statutory consumer rights.

Collection hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am–2:30pm. Closed weekends.

Please wait until our team confirms that your order is ready before travelling to collect it.

When collecting, please bring your order confirmation or order number. We recommend checking your goods before loading and ensuring that your vehicle is suitable for transporting them safely.

Delivery delays

We make reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery arrangements. Occasionally, manufacturing or transport circumstances may affect the estimated delivery date.

If we become aware of a significant delay, we will endeavour to keep you informed and discuss the available options.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
